扩散退火对NiTi/NiTi爆炸复合板相变行为的影响

摘 要: 采用爆炸焊将2种不同成分的NiTi形状记忆合金板复合,复合板热轧后具有良好的焊接界面。示差扫描量热仪(differential scanning calormetry, DSC)结果表明,扩散退火处理前复合板在降温和升温过程中有2个独立的放热和吸热峰,分别对应于不同成分NiTi板的马氏体正逆相变;经850℃扩散退火处理后,复合板的DSC曲线在原有两相变峰之间出现1个对应界面区域的相变峰,且随着扩散退火时间的增加,该相变峰面积逐渐增大;当退火时间达12 h时,DSC曲线上只有1个相变峰,且相变温度范围较宽。

Title: The effects of diffusion annealing on the transformation behaviors of NiTi/NiTi composite plate synthesized by explosive welding

Abstract: Two NiTi shape memory alloy plates with different compositions were synthesized by explosive welding. After hot rolling, a perfect interfacial bonding of the composite plate was observed. DSC results showed two separate peaks corresponded to the forward or reverse transformation of NiTi plates with different compositions during the cooling or heating process before diffusion annealing. However, after diffusion annealing at 850℃, a transformation peak of the welding interface appeared between the two original peaks. Moreover, the area of this peak increased with the rising annealing time. When annealed for 12 h, the specimen showed a continuous curve with wide transformation temperature window in the DSC test.
