基于生物信息学的日本血吸虫酶分子的筛选和识别

摘 要: 目的:从已公布的日本血吸虫蛋白中找出与人类蛋白在序列上差异较大的日本血吸虫特异性酶蛋白。方法:从公共数据库(NCBI)上下载人类和日本血吸虫相关蛋白序列数据,分别建立本地化的酶蛋白质序列数据库,采用BLAST程序,并以E-10为阈值进行序列的同源性分析。结果:获得了459个日本血吸虫酶蛋白质序列,并按生物学功能分成了45个类别。结论:获得了一批与人类酶分子有着较大差异的日本血吸虫酶蛋白质序列,为寻找血吸虫病疫苗候选分子和药物靶标提供新的信息。

Title: Screening and discovering the specific enzymes proteins sequences from all protein sequences of Schistosoma japonicum by bioinformatics

Abstract: Objective: To discover the differential enzymes from all the public protein sequences of Schistosoma japonicum that show significant difference with human proteins in the sequence. Methods: All the protein sequences data about Homo sapiens and Schistosoma japonicum were downloaded from NCBI website and created local databases respectively. Using BLAST program, lower homologous sequences were searched, which E value was E-10 as threshold. Results: Totally 459 protein sequences of enzyme were recognized and classified into 45 sorts by enzymatic biologic function. Conclusion: The specific enzymes of Schistosoma japonicum have significant difference with those from human in protein sequence, which help throwing new light on vaccine candidates and drug targets for Schistosomiasis japonica.
