基于虚拟仪器弧焊电源外特性的电压信号检测系统

摘 要: 为了更方便地识别弧焊电源的外特性,设计了一个数据采集系统对弧焊电源的外特性电压信号进行描述。应用LabWindows/CVI编程语言,对研华PCI�1710数据采集卡进行编程,采用定时采样的方式将外界的电压信号输入存储文件中,同时以实时显示的方式处理信号的观察,在此基础之上进行弧焊电源外特性电压信号的实时测量实验,实验结果说明该采集系统能实时记录外特性电压信号的变化情况。

Title: Measurement system for voltage signal of external characteristic of arc welding power source based on virtual instruments

Abstract: In order to recognize the external characteristic of arc welding power source more conveniently, a measurement system for the voltage signal of the external characteristic of arc welding power source based on the virtual instruments is provided. The data acquisition technology and programming with the language of LabWindows/CVI are applied to design the system whose primary hardware is PCI�1710 data acquisition card. The model of data acquisition is periodical data acquisition to store the external welding voltage into the files, and at the same time the data are shown on the screen in real�time style which is convenient to investigate the change of the external signal. To testify the practicability of the data acquisition system, the test of the measurement of external welding characteristics, welding voltage, is carried on. The result shows that the system can real�time sampling with little distortion factor.
