设置预抛高法维修桥头跳车的机理及施工工艺

摘 要: 路堤与桥台衔接处结构的不均匀沉降,产生了桥头跳车,影响行车舒适性,加剧车辆的损坏,严重时会导致交通安全问题,同时极大地增加了公路养护费用。在公路建设和使用期内加罩调坡时,对桥头路段纵横坡进行预抛高处理,可有效地抵消部分预期要产生的不均匀沉降,延缓桥头跳车现象的出现,减少桥头引道的养护维修工作量。从设置预抛高的机理出发,分析高速公路动态沉降监测情况,在此基础上,设置预抛高,并研究配套的施工工艺。

Title: The mechanism and construction technology of repairing the vehicle bumping by flip height

Abstract: The differential settlement of the structure at the connecting part between embankment and abutment results in the vehicle bumping, which impacts ride comfort, increases damage to vehicles, and leads to traffic safety problems when it�s getting serious, at the same time it will greatly increase the cost of road maintenance. Setting flip�height at the bridge head along with the construction and repair of highway will reduce the differential settlement, delay the vehicle bumping, and reduce the workload of the bridge�s maintenance. From the mechanism of flip�height, this paper analyzed the dynamic settlement monitoring of the highway, based on this, it set the flip�height, and researched the matched construction technology.
