不同民族ApoE ε2等位基因与脂代谢及其相关疾病研究

摘 要: 目的:探讨汉族与维吾尔族载脂蛋白E(apolipoprotein E,ApoE)ε2等位基因携带情况与脂代谢及其相关疾病的关系。方法:收集汉族和维吾尔族健康体检人群进行一般健康、血液生化指标以及ApoE基因型检测。结果:汉族和维吾尔族ApoE ε2等位基因的携带率分别为36.0%和31.9%,女性和男性分别为36.1%和31.3%. 汉族除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)外,其他脂代谢指标均低于维吾尔族(P<0.05)。男性除HDL-C外,其他脂代谢指标均高于女性,除了总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),除了高胆固醇血症,汉族各种脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的检出率均低于维吾尔族(P<0.05)。汉族ApoE ε2等位基因携带组肥胖、高甘油三酯血症和低密度脂蛋白血症的检出率低于非携带组,维吾尔族ApoE ε2等位基因携带组各项脂代谢相关疾病的检出率均低于非携带组,但差异均未表现出统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ApoE ε2等位基因携带率以及各项脂代谢指标及其相关疾病的检出率均表现出民族和性别的差异,携带组均低于非携带组,推测在脂代谢过程中ApoE ε2等位基因可能是机体的保护因素。

Title: The frequency of ApoE ε2 allele gene in different ethnicities and its influence on hyperlipidaemia and the correlated diseases

Abstract: Objectives: To study the frequency of apolipoprotein E ε2 allele gene in Han and Uygur ethnicities in Xinjiang and its influence on hyperlipoproteinemia. Methods: The blood samples of healthy people of Han and Uygur ethnicities were collected and analyzed for the normal health, serum biochemical indexes and apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism. Results: The frequency of apolipoprotein E ε2 allele gene in Han ethnicity was 36.0% and in Uygur was 31.9%. In female was 36.1% and in male was 31.3%. The normal health, lipid metabolism parameters and the rate of different hyperlipidaemia in Han were lower than those of Uygur ethnicity. Except the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia, other diseases had significant differences (P<0.05). Except the HDL-C, other female (P<0.05). Compared with those people who had ε2 allele gene with non-ε2 allele people, the prevalence of obesity, hypertriglyceridemia and low density lipoproteimia were lower in Han ethnicity, but in Uygur ethnicity, all the diseases were lower. Conclusion: The frequency of apolipoprotein E ε2 allele gene and the normal health, lipid metabolism parameters and the rate of these diseases correlated with hyperlipidaemia are different between ethnicities and sexes. The prevalence of different hyperlipidaemia in those people who have ε2 allele gene is lower than in those who have not. So the ε2 allele gene of apolipoprotein E gene may be a positive factor of health.
