拟南芥超矮生型突变体的发现及其生长表型的鉴定

| 摘 要： | 偶然发现并鉴定出一种拟南芥超矮生型突变株（super-dwarf mutant，SDM），在正常生长环境下，其植株生长发育的特征表现为叶片小而卷曲，株高仅为其野生型的1％，生育期较野生型的长5周，果荚发生少且生长长度仅约为正常的一半。 |

| Abstract： | Most recently, our research group has stumbled across and identified a novel super-dwarf mutant (SDM) of Arabidopsis thaliana, which under normal growth conditions shows an abnormal developmental and growth phenotype with the characteristics of small and frizzled leaves, about 1% height of its wild type, five weeks longer life circle as well as less and smaller siliques compared to the wild type plant. |
