浙江衢山岛潮间带大型底栖动物的群落结构

摘 要: 分析了浙江衢山岛潮间带大型底栖动物的种类组成、数量分布和生物多样性等群落结构特征。该海域潮间带调查采获的大型底栖动物标本22种,其中软体动物10种,节肢动物10种,脊索动物与环节动物各1种。潮间带大型底栖动物总平均生物量为3 829.25 g/m2,总平均栖息密度为4 788 ind/m2. 在各类群底栖动物中,平均生物量及密度都以软体动物居首位。衢山岛潮间带大型底栖动物的Shannon-Weaner多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数的分布范围分别为0.26~1.22,0.55~2.12和0.12~0.49,平均值分别为0.189±0.435,1.501±0.707和0.023±0.152. 衢山潮间带大型底栖动物的优势种只有1种(珠带拟蟹守螺,Cerithidea eingulata),表明各断面潮间带大型底栖生物群落结构不稳定,且物种多样性较差,主要原因是过度采捕、生境破碎等人为干扰过于严重。

Title: Community structure of the intertidal macrobenthic fauna in Qushan island of Zhejiang province

Abstract: The community structure of the intertidal macrobenthic fauna in Qushan island of Zhejiang province, such as species composition, quantity distribution and biodiversity were analyzed in this paper. The results indicated that the specimen of marcobenthic fauna in this island had 22 species, including 10 species of Mollusca, 10 species of Arthropoda, 1 species of Annelida and 1 species of Chordata. The average biomass and density in all stations were 3 829.25 g/m2 and 4 788 ind/m2, respectively. The Mollusca were the first in biomass and density among all macrobenthic fauna. The value of Shannon-Weaner index, Margalef’s species richness index and Pielou’s evenness index were 0.26-1.22, 0.55-2.12 and 0.12-0.49, and their averages were 0.189±0.435, 1.501±0.707 and 0.023±0.152, respectively. For all of the sections, Cerithidea eingulata was the dominant species, which indicated that the community structure of the intertidal macrobenthic fauna in Qushan island was not stable and the biodiversity was also lower. The main factors of this result were human activities, such as excessive exploitation, habitat fragmentation.
