吡唑啉酮/明胶-黄原胶复合光致变色薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘 要: | 以明胶-黄原胶为基质,制备含吡唑啉酮类光致变色化合物的复合薄膜。利用扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)研究复合薄膜的形貌,采用共聚焦拉曼光谱、荧光光谱(fluorescence,FL)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(Ultraviolet-visible,UV-vis)研究复合薄膜光致变色性能及其变色机理。研究结果表明,吡唑啉酮类化合物以微米级颗粒均匀分散到明胶-黄原胶聚合物基质中,聚合物基质对吡唑啉酮类化合物的结构及其变色性能没有明显影响。 |

Abstract: | Novel photochromic composite films have been successfully fabricated using solid dispersion method, using gelatin-xanthan gum as substrates. The microstructure and photochromic properties of composite films were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), fluorescence emission spectroscopy (FL) and confocal microscope Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that the organic photochromic materials can be well and uniformly dispersed into gelatin-xanthan gum sunstrate in a micron sized particle way and the photochromic phenomenon is almost not disturbed by polymer matrix. |
