水性碲化镉量子点荧光防水聚氨酯涂料

摘 要: 通过向氟硅改性水性聚氨酯(fluorinated silicone co-modified waterborne polyurethane,FSPU)乳液中加入不同反应时间的水性碲化镉量子点,制备荧光发射波段可控的荧光防水聚氨酯涂料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱和接触角测试等研究方法分别对所得聚氨酯涂膜的成分、荧光性能和防水性能进行表征,测试量子点反应时间和量子点浓度对所得聚氨酯涂膜荧光性能的影响。结果表明,调控量子点加热时间可以使制备的FSPU复合涂料具有发射峰在540~660 nm波段范围内的可控荧光,当量子点在FSPU复合乳液中的浓度介于3.2~4.0 μmol/L时,涂膜具有良好的荧光性能、疏水性和耐水性。

Abstract: Fluorinated silicone co-modified waterborne polyurethane (FSPU) coatings with tunable fluorescent functions were successfully obtained after incorporating a series of CdTe quantum dots prepared with different heating time. The components, fluorescent and waterproof properties of as-prepared coatings were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, fluorescence spectrometer and dynamic contact angle analyzer, respectively. The effects of concentration and reaction time of quantum dots were investigated. It followed that the as-prepared coatings were successfully functionalized with tunable fluorescent emissions at a range from 540 to 660 nm by controlling the heating time of quantum dots. Moreover, coatings exhibited the best fluorescent, hydrophobicity and waterproof properties when the concentration of quantum dots in FSPU emulsion was between the range of 3.2-4.0 μmol/L.
