数控直流电流源

摘 要: | 研制高性能的数控电流源可促进科学仪器的发展,解决科学仪器的性能指标和研发周期的矛盾,具有很高的实用价值和重要的社会意义。本电流源以凌阳单片机SPCE061A为控制核心,采用压控电流方式实现稳流输出。输出电流分为两个量程(20~200 mA,200~2 000 mA),步进为2 mA,单片机控制继电器实现量程切换。单片机内置数字模拟信号转换器(digital to analog converter, DAC)控制电流步进;模数转换器(analog to digital converter, ADC)采样电压值,软件算出电流的测量值。系统主要由键盘输入、控制处理、压控电流输出、液晶显示等功能模块组成。各项指标的实测值均较高:纹波≤0.2 mA,负载调整率为0.15%. |

Abstract: | Development of high-performance numerical controlled current source can promote that of scientific instruments and solve the conflict between performance indicators and research cycle. It is of high practical value and plays an important part in social significance. This current supply is based on the Lingyang microcontroller SPCE061A; it uses the voltage-controlled current circuit to get the steady flow. The output current is devided into two ranges: 20~200 mA and 200~2 000 mA. Relays controlled by microcontroller realizes the switching between these two ranges. DAC convertor makes the step change, and ADC samples the voltage, which is subsequently converted into the corresponding current value by software. The system is made up of the following modules: keyboard-input, microcontroller core, voltage-controlled-current output, and display part. The actual qualifications are satisfying. Ripple is less than 0.2 mA, and load regulation is 0.15%. |
