疫情后中小型可变式住宅功能复合化策略研究

| 摘 要： | 研究基于可变式住宅理论，研究疫情下的中小型住宅功能设计策略。从空间维度、时间维度总结住宅平面功能复合化、全周期化的演变趋势；通过住宅功能植入案例分析，解构空间组成，梳理其设计逻辑与中小型住宅功能复合手法——结合、置换、叠加；对疫情期间中小型住宅功能空间使用情况进行调研，归纳出活动空间和收纳空间不足，流线混乱等问题；根据可变式住宅特点，将功能空间模块划分为可变体与不变体模块，得出后疫情时代住宅功能空间的设计要求以及针对不同模块的设计策略。最后，总结出复合功能设计思路，节约社会资源、推动工业化住宅可持续发展、促进住宅产品自我升级与革新的重要意义。 |

| Abstract： | Based on the theory of variable housing, this paper studies the functional design strategy of small and medium-sized housing under the epidemic. From the space dimension and time dimension, the paper summarized the evolution trend of complex and full cycle of housing plane function. Through the case analysis of housing function implantation, this study deconstructed the space composition, and sorted out its design logic and the composite method of small and medium-sized housing function–combination, displacement and superposition. The use of functional space in small and medium-sized residential buildings during the epidemic was investigated, and problems such as insufficient activity space, storage space and chaotic streamline were summarized. According to the characteristics of variable housing, the functional space modules were divided into variable and non-variable modules, and the design requirements of the residential functional space in the post-epidemic era and the design strategies for different modules were obtained. Finally, the paper summarizes the significance of composite function design thinking to save social resources, promote the sustainable development of industrial housing, and promote the self-upgrading and innovation of housing products. |
