肾精不足证患者头发的扫描电镜观察

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肾精不足证、肾阴虚证、血虚证和正常人毛发表面微观形态，并分析它们之间的差异。方法：采集61例病人、25例正常人头发，用扫描电镜观察并放大拍照。观察毛小皮的排列以及游离缘情况，并编号记录储存。分析头发直径与毛小皮间距的性别和年龄差异。结果：各证间头发直径差异显著（F=12�539，P<0�01）。各证间头发毛小皮间距差异显著（F=12�070，P<0�01）。肾精不足证患者头发最细。结论：头发的直径、毛小皮间距、表面微观结构与肾精密切相关。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: Observe the microstructure of scalp hair and analyze the differences between the groups who are deficient of kidney-essence, kidney-YIN, or blood and normal human. Methods: Collected hair from 61 cases of patients, 25 cases of normal human and observed with SEM, enlarged and took pictures as well. Observed the arrangement and the free margin of cuticles, then made number, recorded and stored. The differences of diameter, intervals between cuticles and microstructure of hair between different sexes and among different groups were analyzed. Results: The differences of diameter (F=12.539, P<0.01) and intervals between cuticles (F=12.070, P<0.01) among different groups were significant. The hair shafts of the group deficient of kidney-essence were the shortest of all. Conclusion: The diameter, intervals between cuticles and microstructure of hair are greatly related to kidney-essence. |
