商业银行经营业绩的模糊优选评价

| 摘 要： | 商业银行是金融市场上的一个重要组成部分，由于商业银行经营业绩的好坏对金融市场乃至整个国民经济的影响都很大，因此，对商业银行经营业绩综合评价方法的选择至关重要。传统的评价方法是对人为选择的某个或某几个指标进行评分，然后再加权合成。这种做法虽简便易操作，但主观随意性较大。为了克服传统业绩评估方法的不足，本研究在综合考虑商业银行经营业绩的基础上，建立了有代表性商业银行的综合业绩评价指标体系，并在此基础上运用基于模糊集理论的模糊优选模型对四家上市中小商业银行进行了实证分析，得到了理想的效果。 |

| Abstract： | The commercial bank is an important part of financial market, and its management achievement impacts on the financial market even the entire national economy greatly. Therefore, it is important to choose a comprehensive evaluation method for the management achievement of commercial bank. The traditional evaluation method often assesses one or some certain indicators which are selected artificially, and then composes by weighting. Although this approach is simple and easy to operate, the subjective randomness is large. For overcoming the shortcoming in traditional method of achievement evaluation, this paper considers the management achievement of commercial banks synthetically and builds comprehensive achievement evaluation index system. Then it makes a positive analysis on four listed middle and small commercial banks in China with the fuzzy optimization model which is based on fuzzy sets theory and gets desired results. |
