连杆式无级变速器运动特性研究

| 摘 要： | 依据圆矢量函数对连杆式无级变速器（continuously variable transmission，CVT）输出规律进行数学建模，在此基础上得出连杆式无级变速器的输出位置及角速度规律方程，同时利用Matlab软件辅助分析得出各自规律曲线。通过分析得出各杆件对输出速度不均匀系数的影响，其中杆2、杆3长度对装置输出速度不均匀性影响最大。同时分析得出机构实现输出绝对为零的条件是O3点与C点重合。 |

| Abstract： | Based on the circle vector function, this paper sets up the mathematical model of the continuously variable transmission (CVT), and shows the regularity equation of the angular displacement and angular velocity of the transmission’s export. Using the Matlab, the curves of the regularity are obtained. And then with the analysis to the regularity and the factors impacting the export, the ones (link 2 and link 3) which affect the quotiety of the velocity pulsation most have been put forward. And it is the condition of the zero export that point O3 and point C are in the same position. |
