微流道内DNA绕微柱流动的计算机仿真

摘 要: | 研究DNA在微流道中的流动特性。通过有限元法计算微流道内流场和布朗动力学仿真DNA分子,实现了长链DNA分子在微流道内绕微柱流动的多尺度动力学仿真。仿真结果表明:DNA分子在绕微米柱的运动过程中,其构象发生卷曲和翻转,流场和随机作用实现了DNA分子拉伸和收缩变化。 |

Abstract: | This paper studies the flow properties of DNA in microchannel. The multiscale dynamics simulation of DNA flow around microcolumn in microchannel is realized by FEM calculation of flow field and Brownian dynamics simulation of DNA. The simulation results show that there are curl and turn in conformation changes of DNA chain when passing the microcolumn in microchannel, and both interactions of flow velocity and random fluctuation make the DNA chain stretch or contract. |
