智能喷药系统的设计

摘 要: 针对我国的农业喷药技术比较落后、喷药剂量大而且不均匀等问题,提出了一种全新的智能喷药系统,此系统能通过对喷药过程中作业参数的实时检测,自动调节喷药量,从而减少喷药不均的现象。同时,作业过程中的主要参数能够实时显示,实现了可视化作业。首先根据影响喷药的因素,确定了具体的实施方案,并阐述了如何通过对喷药机作业速度、喷雾压力、喷雾流量的实时检测,自动调节喷药量,使之与设定值保持一致;然后选择确定了控制器、传感器及电动调节阀、键盘、D/A转换器、A/D转换器、发光二极管(light emitting diode, LED)显示器等硬件设备,并编写了控制程序,实现了自动喷药的功能。

Abstract: For the backwardness of agriculture chemical spray technology and large dosage and unevenness of spraying, this paper proposed a new smart chemical spray system. Through the real-time detection of working parameters during spraying to adjust the spraying dosage automatically, the system could reduce the phenomenon of uneven spraying. Meanwhile, the main parameters in the course of operation could be displayed in real time, which achieved a visual operation. Firstly, according to the factors influencing spraying, it determined a specific implementation plan, and expounded how to adjust the spraying dosage automatically to bring it into correspondence with set value by detecting the operating speed, spray pressure and spray flow of spraying machine in real-time. Then it picked the controller, sensors and electrical control valve, keyboard, D/A converter, A/D converter, LED display and other hardware devices, compiled the control procedures, and achieved the function of automatic spraying.
