沉水植物菹草对冬季城市河流氮磷营养盐的积累

摘 要: 以天津市津河为例,对津河3个河岸环境迥异的河段进行定点调查,测定了冬季低温条件下生长于各河段的优势水生植物菹草叶、茎、根茎和根的氮、磷含量,并分析了不同河段总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH3-N)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、叶绿素a(chla)等水质指标对菹草组织中氮、磷含量的影响。结果表明:津河不同河段水质存在显著差异,友谊路桥河段水体的总氮、总磷、氨氮、高锰酸盐指数明显高于长江道桥和晋宁桥河段水体,生长于不同河段的菹草组织中尤其是叶、茎的氮含量差异显著,叶、茎的氮含量与水体氮含量正相关,菹草组织中的磷含量与相应河段水体总磷的相关性不大,却显著受到水体中CODMn的影响,CODMn过高抑制菹草对磷的积累。总体上,在低温富营养的水质条件下,菹草各器官尤其是生物量较大的叶对氮、磷的积累量很大,是一种冬春季节净化城市河道的理想资源。

Title: Nitrogen and phosphorous accumulation of Potamogeton crispus L. in eutrophicated urban landscape river in winter

Abstract: This article sampled from a typical urban landscape river named Jinhe River in Tianjin city and then investigated three reaches with different riverside environments in winter. Nitrogen and phosphorus contents in leaves, stems, rhizomes and roots of Potamogeton crispus L. were measured because P. crispus was the dominant hydrophyte growing in the Jinhe River at comparatively low temperature. Water quality factors including total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), ammonium nitrogen (NH3-N), permanganate index (CODMn), and chlorophyll (a) (chla) of these reaches were studied. The influence of the water quality on nitrogen and phosphorus contents in P. crispus tissues was analyzed too. The results showed that the water quality of the Jinhe River had spatial heterogeneity. TN, TP, NH3-N and CODMn of Youyilu bridge reach were obviously higher than those of Changjiangdao bridge and Jinning bridge reaches. Nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the grass tissues especially in leaves growing at different reaches had marked differentia. Nitrogen content in leaves and stems was positively correlated to TN and NH3-N of the water. Phosphorus content in tissues was not well correlated with TP content in the water and it was affected by CODMn of the water instead. Exorbitant CODMn restrained phosphorus accumulation of P. crispus. Organs especially leaves with huge biomass of P. crispus can accumulate nitrogen and phosphorus in eutrophicated water greatly at low temperature. P. crispus was a perfect hydrophyte which can purify urban landscape river in winter and early spring.
