地铁列车牵引系统分布式仿真测试平台设计

摘 要: | 地铁列车牵引系统控制器一直缺乏有效的检测、诊断方法。将仿真技术与虚拟仪器相结合,构建了地铁列车牵引系统半实物仿真(hardware-in-the-loop,HIL)测试平台。在仿真回路中,牵引控制器作为实物被测对象,牵引系统其他部分则被分为若干子系统由数学模型来表征其动态特性。系统运行时,仿真计算被合理地分配到包含多个CPU的仿真服务器上运行。仿真服务器、显示器、输入输出设备通过用户数据报协议(user datagram protocol,UDP)进行网络互联,并利用与实物交互的A/D板的准确定时使系统各环节达到同步。最后,以上海地铁DC-01型列车牵引系统为实例,在离线状态下再现了牵引系统在线时的牵引、惰行、制动等各种运行工况,实验结果证明了该测试平台在牵引控制器性能检测和故障诊断上的有效性。 |

Abstract: | For a long time there is lack of effective testing means and diagnostic methods for the traction system controller on the metro train. A hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulated test bench is designed on the basis of the combination of simulation technology and virtual instrument. In the HIL system, the controller acts as real tested object and the other parts of the traction system are divided into several subsystems which are presented by mathematic models. Simulation calculating tasks of the subsystems are reasonably allocated into a simulation server which including several CPUs to be operated. Simulation server, monitor and input/output equipment are interconnected on the network via the UDP transport protocol. All parts of the system are synchronized by a precise clock which is applied by A/D board. Finally, an example of traction system of Shanghai railway DC-01 metro train is explained. In offline situation all sorts of online operation states such as traction, braking and idle are operated. Test results prove the validity of the test bench on performance checking and fault diagnosis. |
