交通运输投资与经济增长的协调性分析

摘 要: | 运用复杂系统建模方法,应用极点配置理论建立了交通运输基础设施投资与经济增长的动态经济系统调控模型,定量分析了交通基础设施投资、运输需求与经济增长的关系。在运输量、国内生产总值(gross domestic prodact, GDP)和运输需求量等线性关系假设下,基础设施投资与经济增长呈现显著的非线性关系。特别地,在经济快速发展时期应加大交通投资力度,该结论与中国当前交通运输业的现状和交通发展战略相一致。最后,对中国当前交通发展的战略和策略提出了政策性建议。 |

Abstract: | This paper establishes a dynamic adjusting and controlling model of transportation infrastucture investment and economic growth using pole placement theory and complex system modeling method. The relation among transportation infrastucture investment, transportation demand and economic growth is evaluated on quantitative analysis, and the relationship between transportation infrastucture investment and economic growth shows nonlinear relation significantly based the linear relation among transportation volume, gross domestic prodact (GDP) and transportation demand volume. Especially, transportation infrastucture investment support should be strengthened during the period of rapid economic growth. These conclusions are in correspondence with the present status of transportation industry and the national transportation development strategy in China. Finally, some suggestions on strategy and tactics for current transportation development of China are raised. |
