浅议港口铁路与国有铁路共拓物流发展策略

| 摘 要： | 在对港口铁路发展现状和存在的问题进行系统阐述剖析的基础上，分析了港口铁路纳入国有铁路物流系统，与国有铁路共拓物流发展的必要性和所能取得的效益，运用博弈模型对兼并决策的可行性进行了研究。最后提出了港口铁路与国有铁路共拓铁路物流发展的具体对策，以实现港口铁路与国有铁路资源共享、优势互补，提高物流市场的核心竞争力，实现经济效益的最大化。 |

Finally it put forward the logistics expanding strategies on the railway logistics to achieve resource sharing, raise the key competitive power of railway logistics, and realize the economic benefit maximization. |
