互联网对传统的货运代理(铁路运输)的影响分析

摘 要: 为了适应互联网应用和发展对市场环境的改变,谋求企业利润的稳定增长,进一步促进货运代理行业的发展,介绍了铁路货运代理企业的特点及其发展现状,并针对互联网电子商务环境对传统的货运代理(铁路运输)市场结构、组织模式、技术支持体系及营销模式等产生的影响,进行了逐个层面的分析,从建立管理信息系统、开展网络营销、建立营销数据库、优化企业业务流程、向物流服务延伸等方面提出了在网络电子商务环境下铁路货运代理企业的发展策略。

Abstract: In order to adapt to the change of market environment made by the application and development of Internet, seek stable growth of the profits, and further promote the development of freight forwarding industry, this paper introduces the characteristics and development status of railway freight forwarding enterprise and makes analysis on the effect of Internet and e-commerce environment on the market structure, organization mode, technical support system and marketing mode of traditional freight forwarding (railway transport) puts forward the development strategies for railway freight forwarding enterprise under the e-commerce environment, including establishing management information system, developing network marketing, building marketing database, optimizing business process and extending to logistics service.
