代谢综合征患者动脉脉搏波速与C5a，CRP的关系研究

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨炎症标志物C5a，C反应蛋白（C reactive protein, CRP）与动脉脉搏波速（pulse wave velocity，PWV)的关系。方法：代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome，MS）患者26例，非代谢综合征患者34例作为对照，测定血清C5a，CRP，尿C5a及PWV，分析其关系。结果：与对照组比较，代谢综合征组尿C5a及颈动脉-股动脉脉搏波速度（cf-PWV）明显高于非代谢综合征组，两组比较，血清C5a，CRP，颈-挠动脉脉搏波速度（cr-PWV），颈-足背动脉脉搏波速度（cd-PWV）无统计学差异；cf-PWV与年龄、收缩压、尿C5a呈正相关，与血清CRP，C5a不相关；cd-PWV与尿C5a，年龄相关。结论：代谢综合征患者PWV增快，尿C5a浓度增高，PWV与尿C5a相关。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To investigate the relationship between complements (C5a and CRP) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods: Twenty-six patients with MS were recruited in this study and thirty-four persons without MS served as a contrast group. Serum C5a, serum CRP, urine C5a, and PWV were examined, and the relationships among them were analyzed. Results: Compared with those of the contrast group, the urine C5a and cf-PWV of the MS patient group were significantly higher, but the two groups had no statistical difference in the serum C5a, serum CRP, cr-PWV and cd-PWV; the cf-PWV was positively correlated with age, systolic pressure and the urine C5a, but was not correlated with the serum CRP and C5a; and the cd-PWV was positively correlated with the urine C5a and age. Conclusion: The MS patient group has increased PWV and urine C5a concentration, and the PWV is correlated with the urine C5a. |
