高效液相色谱法测定藏药多血康中没食子酸的含量

| 摘 要： | 目的：建立常用藏药多血康中没食子酸含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（high performance liquid chromatography，HPLC）测定多血康中没食子酸的含量。结果：没食子酸浓度在9.6～240 μg/L范围内，与峰面积积分值线性关系良好。该方法的平均回收率为99.50％，相对标准偏差（relative standard deviation，RSD）为1.38％（n=6）。结论：高效液相色谱法准确、简便、快速，适合于该制剂的质量控制。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To establish a content determination method of gallic acid in Duoxuekang. Methods: The content of gallic acid in Duoxuekang was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The gallic acid concentration had good linear relation with peak area integral quantity in the range of 9.6~240 mg/L, the average recovery rate was 99.50%, and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.38％ (n=6). Conclusion: The method(HPLC) has high accuracy, reliability and reproducibility, so it can be used in the quality control of the preparation. |
