开放型CDI产业网络的构建及个案分析

| 摘 要： | 根据产业网络理论，以中国企业对外投资行为为对象，构建一个开放型中国对外直接投资(Chinese direct investment，CDI）产业网络的分析框架，并在此基础上，结合开元集团在尼日利亚建立家电工业园的个案进行分析。分析表明：开元集团通过家电工业园的CDI创新模式嵌入产业网络，能创造更多的价值，有一定的示范作用，且为中国制造业企业提供了借鉴作用。同时，开元集团更需要通过链网—网网间的动态互动来增强CDI整体网络绩效，并以此提高网络主体的竞争力。 |

| Abstract： | Based on industrial network theory, this paper takes the foreign investment activities of Chinese enterprises for object, and creates an analytical structure of Chinese direct investment (CDI) open industrial network. Following this, it analyzes a CDI case of Skyrung, which has established an industrial park of appliances. The research result indicates that the CDI innovation mode of household appliance industrial park embedded in industrial network has created more value, which has a demonstration effect. Besides, it is a beneficial example for those manufacture companies in China to realize a long-turn development. At the same time, Skyrung needs to increase its entire CDI network performance via dynamic interaction between link-network and network-network. |
