绿色国民经济核算研究——以四川省为例

| 摘 要： | 绿色国内生产总值（green gross domestic product，GGDP）的核算是目前国内外研究的热点之一，但大多数案例未考虑环境恢复的增值。在众多学者进行GGDP核算的基础上，将四川省作为案例进行分析。根据所搜集的数据和四川省的特殊性，将传统的GDP扣除资源消耗成本和环境污染成本，再加上环境保护部门新创造的价值和由于环境恢复所带来的增值，最终计算出四川省2007年的GGDP总值为9 55262亿元人民币。 |

| Abstract： | Green gross domestic product (GGDP) accounting is a hot point for study in China and abroad recently，but most experts didnt calculate the increased value of the environmental rehabilitation. Based on the multitudinous scholars Sichuans particularity, it deducted resources consumption cost and environmental pollution cost from the traditional GDP, then added the new value created by environmental protection department and the increased value brought about by environment restoration. Finally, Sichuans GGDP resultant was calculated to 955.262 billion Yuan in 2007. |
