混凝土中氯离子含量的无损检测试验研究

摘 要: 应用电化学阳极氧化法制备了Ag/AgCl电极探针,埋置于混凝土试样中,原位测定试样中探针在不同浓度NaCl溶液中的电位响应,并与探针在模拟混凝土孔隙液中的响应关系进行对比。试验结果表明:两者响应关系一致。探针的稳定性良好,可应用于探测试样中混凝土内部不同深度处Cl-的含量。

Abstract: In this paper, Ag/AgCl electrodes were prepared by anodic electrochemical oxidation and embedded in the concrete, served as Cl- probes. The potential responses of probes were measured in-situ in concrete simples in solution with different concentration of Cl- and compared with the response relationship in simulated concrete pore solution. The results showed that the former response relationship was consistent with the latter. Because of the long term stability of the potential, the probes can be used in testing Cl- content in concrete at different depths.
