丹江口水库调度自动化系统开发及应用

摘 要: 对丹江口水库调度自动化系统的开发内容作了介绍,水调自动化系统是电网调度自动化的一个重要组成部分,是充分发挥水库综合效益的有力支撑。主要进行与水库运行有关的监视、预报、调度和管理。该系统基于对历史资料的收集整理,通过对实时水文、气象、水库运行等信息的自动采集,利用数据库管理技术,进行实时水文预报、调洪演算、优化调度和水务综合管理等,提供满足防洪、发电、灌溉及其他综合利用要求的水库调度决策方案。并对系统建成以来的效益作了简要分析,分析认为系统的应用为水库带来了巨大的社会效益和经济效益,是值得大力推广的非工程措施。

Abstract: This paper introduces development content of Danjiangkou reservoir operation automatic system: Reservoir operation system is an important part of power dispatching automation and a powerful support for creating comprehensive benefit of the reservoir. This system can carry out monitor, forecast, operation and management of related reservoir running. This system can collect hydrological, meteorological and reservoir running information automaticly and make real-time flood forecasting, flood regulating calculation, optimal operation and reservoir integrated management based on historical data and database management technology. So this system can provide reservoir operation decision scheme to meet demand of flood control, power generation, irrigation and other comprehensive utilization. The paper briefly analyzes benefits of the system. The application of this system bring social and economic benefits, and this system is a non-engineering measure which is worth generalization.
