解耦式振动料斗控制系统的实验研究

摘 要: | 振动料斗是自动加工与装配系统中一种应用广泛、高效的零件自动上料装置。叙述了振动料斗的基本原理,在此基础上研究了解耦式振动料斗的驱动电路,搭建了实验平台,进行了工件传输速度的实验,所得实验数据与仿真结果基本吻合,为解耦式振动料斗的产品化提供了重要依据。 |

Abstract: | Vibratory feeder is a highly effective device, widely used in automatic manufacturing and assembling system. This paper describes the basic working principles of the vibratory feeder. Based on the work above, the driving circuit of decoupled vibratory feeder has been presented and the related experimental platform has been set up. Experiments have been carried out to measure the conveying speed of parts, and experimental results match well with the simulation ones, which provide an important basis for commercialization of the decoupled vibratory feeder. |
