基于计算的起重机减速器三维设计系统

摘 要: 介绍了一种在SolidWorks上进行二次开发的三维设计系统。该系统将减速器的优化设计、三维建模、出图、有限元分析集于一体,有效地提高了设计效率,保证了产品质量,降低了劳动强度。计算模块可根据减速器功率、输入转速和总速比进行模糊化优化设计,争取一次设计即得到最优化方案。三维建模模块针对不同特点的零部件分别采取相应的建模及驱动方法,充分利用了SolidWorks自身的参数化建模优势,并建立了相应的工程图模板库。

Abstract: A 3D design system developed from SolidWorks is introduced. In this system, the optimum design, 3D model building, outputting drawing and finite element analysis are concentrated. The design efficiency is increased, the quality of product is assured, and the working force is reduced. Calculating module can carry out fuzzification optimum design by the power, input rotational speed and total velocity ratio of the reducer. Then the optimum scheme is found by once. The 3D modeling module takes the corresponding modeling and driving ways to the different parts and assembly, making the full advantage of parameterization modeling of SolidWorks. And the corresponding schedule drawing is built.
