铜掺杂ZnS/DFHMA-co-MAA纤维复合材料的制备及其光催化水制氢性能的研究

摘 要: 通过溶液聚合的方法制备甲基丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯羧基氟碳共聚物(dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate-co-methacrylic acid, DFHMA-co-MAA)。使用静电纺丝技术制备直径约为150 nm、均一的DFHMA-co-MAA电纺纤维,再采用溶剂热法在DFHMA-co-MAA纤维上制备分布均匀、直径约为200 nm的铜掺杂ZnS/DFHMA-co-MAA纤维复合材料,并通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)、光电子能谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、热失重、耐紫外光降解实验对复合材料进行了表征。光催化分解水制氢实验表明:铜掺杂ZnS/DFHMA-co-MAA纤维复合材料的催化效率高于同等条件下铜掺杂ZnS粉体,并且具有很好的重复稳定性。

Title: Synthesis of copper-doped ZnS/DFHMA-co-MAA fiber composites and its performance of photocatalytic hydrogen production from water

Abstract: The carboxylic fluorocarbon polymer dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate-co-methacrylic acid (DFHMA-co-MAA) were prepared by solution polymerization. Using electrospinning to produce fluoropolymer nanofibers, the average diameter of the nanofibers is about 150 nm. and then the copper-doped zinc sulfide (ZnS) particles of about 200 nm in size were immobilized on the surface of DFHMA-co-MAA fiber through solvothermal method. The composites was characterized by X-ray diffraction, electron spectrum,ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis and the experiment of light degradation resistance. The experiment of photocatalytic hydrogen production from water was also studied, the result show that the photocatalytic ability of copper-doped ZnS/DFHMA-co-MAA fiber composites is better than that of copper-doped ZnS particle, which also boast good recycle ability and great stability.
