疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺的合成及其性能表征

摘 要: 用微乳液聚合的方法合成疏水缔合的聚丙烯酰胺,与一般的共聚合方法相比,所需的疏水单体含量减少,但疏水作用大大增强, 因而有利于改善聚合物的溶解性。在单体用量和温度一定的条件下,分别考察了乳化剂和引发剂的用量对聚合物性能和聚合反应的影响,并用红外光谱和扫描电镜验证了聚合物的分子聚集形态。

Abstract: Hydrophobically-modified polyacrylamide was synthesized in the way of micro-emulsion polymerization in this paper, compared to common polymerization, which required reduction of the hydrophobic monomer, but made the polymer hydrophobic interaction greatly enhanced. So it helped to improve the solubility of polymers. Then the influences of emulsifier and initiator on polymer solution were discussed under constant concentration of monomer and temperature, and the association action and aggregation morphology were characterizated through infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy.
