表面修饰对CdSe量子点荧光增强作用机制的研究

摘 要: | 将有机溶剂热法合成出的油溶性CdSe量子点分别用硅烷偶联剂和自制的具有荧光水溶性低分子量两性聚合物聚丙烯酸-1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-丙三醇-3-磷脂酰乙醇胺(poly(acylic acid)-1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, DSPE-PAA)进行修饰,在有效实现量子点水溶化的同时,显著提高了量子点荧光量子产率。着重探讨和研究了不同修饰方法对不具有核-壳结构量子点的荧光增强作用的机理。 |

Abstract: | Oil-soluble CdSe semiconductor nano-particles synthesized by way of organic-heat-solvent were modified by silane coupling agent and a water-soluble amphoteric low-molecular-weight polymer poly(acylic acid)-1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DSPE-PAA) which has a property of fluorescence. It employed both the effective realization of Water-soluble quantum dots(QDs) and greater increase in the fluorescent quantum yield of QDs. The fluorescence enhancement of CdSe QDs which did’t has the shell - nuclear structure modified via different methods also had been studied. |
