L-赖氨酸缩茴香醛单席夫碱及其铜配合物的制备与荧光性质研究

摘 要: 以碱性必需氨基酸L-赖氨酸和天然产物茴香醛(anisaldehyde)为前体物,采用分步合成法在无水体系中制备了L-赖氨酸缩茴香醛单席夫碱及其铜配合物。采用WRS-1B数字显示熔点仪测得配体及配合物的熔点分别为209.4~209.7℃和225.3~225.5℃;采用红外光谱、元素分析等方法对产物进行表征,并推测了配体和配合物的可能组成分别为C14H18N2O3K和CuL2;测试了产物的荧光活性。结果表明:L-赖氨酸缩茴香醛席夫碱及其铜配合物都具有荧光活性,荧光波长分别为425 nm和453 nm.

Title: Study on synthesis and fluorescence characteristics of L-lysine-anisaldehyde Schiff base and its cupric complex

Abstract: A new Schiff base and its cupric complex of L-lysine and anisaldehyde were synthesized by stepwise synthesis method in anhydrous system, with basic essential amino acid L-lysine and natural product anisaldehyde as precursor. The melt points of the ligand and the cupric complex were measured as 209.4~209.7℃ and 225.3~225.5℃ respectively by WRS-1B digital melting point apparatus. The composition of the products was characterized by element analysis and IR spectra methods. The possible structures of the Schiff base and the complex have been discussed as C14H18N2O3K and CuL2. Fluorescence spectrum of the ligand and the complex were studied. Results showed that both the ligand and the complex may have fluorescence capacity with fluorescence of 425 nm and 453 nm respectively.
