基于周期性边界条件计算螺旋桨的敞水性能

摘 要: 利用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件对螺旋桨的敞水性能进行数值计算,获得了螺旋桨推力系数、转矩系数等水动力参数。以DTMB P4119螺旋桨为例,采用周期性边界条件,计算并分析了网格数的多少对螺旋桨敞水性能预报的影响,同时获得了不同半径处叶剖面压力系数的分布曲线。通过对比得知:计算结果与实验值吻合较好,表明周期性边界条件不仅减少了计算量,节约计算时间,而且可以准确地预报螺旋桨的敞水性能。

Title: Computations of the propeller�s open water performance based on periodic boundary condition

Abstract: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software was used to calculate the open water performance of propeller in the viscous flow region and simulate the thrust and torque coefficient at different advance coefficients. The periodic boundary condition was used to simulate the viscous flow around the DTMB P4119 propeller. The influence of grid numbers on prediction of propeller�s open water performance was analyzed. The pressure coefficient curves at different sections were obtained. Compared with the experimental results, the numerical results indicate the good agreement. It shows that the periodic boundary condition can be used to predict the open water performance of propeller rationally.
