电信信息服务产品供应链绩效影响因素分析

| 摘 要： | 针对现阶段电信信息服务产品供应链结构的特点，本文给出了反映其关键竞争力的特定评价体系，并且进行系统动力学模型的静态分析和动态分析，其中包含对28个变量的仿真控制、11个原因树分析和3个基模分析，并根据这些定性结论和定量结论，针对电信信息服务产品供应链的管理提出了8条建议。掌握供应链竞争力所在及其关键影响因素，并有目的地进行控制，是塑造和提高供应链竞争力的手段，也是本文研究题目的目的。 |

| Abstract： | In this paper, the supply chain performance evaluation index system of the telecom information service product has been put forward, and on the basis of studies on systematic structure, a system dynamics model of supply chain performance of telecom information service product reflecting performance causality has been established, then both static and dynamic analyses have been undertaken, and some qualitative and quantitative conclusions have been figured out. The study involves with simulation control of 28 variables, 11 cause tree analyses and 3 archetypes analysis. 8 suggestions have been put forward to improve the supply chain management of telecom information service product. |
