人类Y染色体P4回文序列的对称性分析

| 摘 要： | 通过DNA序列比对的方法，对人类Y染色体上P4回文序列中存在的对称性破缺规律进行初步研究。分析结果表明：P4回文序列的突变容易发生在结构相似的碱基之间；破缺，特别是插入和缺失容易发生在简单重复序列区。这些对称性破缺规律将有助于更深入地研究P4和Y染色体上其他回文序列的起源及进化过程。 |

| Abstract： | In this paper, sequence alignment methods have been used to reveal some symmetry breaking characters of palindrome P4 in the human Y chromosome. The results show that mutations between nucleotides are more likely to occur within purines or pyridines; and insertions and deletions may prefer in simple repeat area. These results make a novel approach to characterize DNA sequence, which provide helpful basis for further studies on the origins and evolutions of P4 and Y chromosome. |
