一种适用于H.264时域错误隐藏的自适应算法

摘 要: | 为提高视频通信中重建图像的质量,根据H.264标准的特点,提出一种基于多分割模式自适应加权叠加的时域错误隐藏算法。首先对外边界匹配准则(external boundary matching algorithm,EBMA)做加权改进,然后以此准则按不同的分割模式对受损宏块(macroblock,MB)进行多次错误隐藏,得到多个隐藏块,并记录下各模式的绝对帧差和(sum of absolute differences, SAD)值,选择具有最小SAD和次小SAD的2个隐藏块进行自适应加权叠加,用叠加后得到的隐藏块作为受损块最终的替代块。仿真结果表明:该算法与传统方法相比,错误隐藏性能在主客观上都有较大提高。 |

Abstract: | To improve the quality of the reconstructed picture in video communication, a novel temporal error concealment algorithm for H.264 based on multi division mode adaptive overlapping is proposed. In this algorithm, external boundary matching algorithm (EBMA) is improved first, then the corrupted macroblock (MB) is concealed several times, each with different division mode, and the sum of absolute differences (SAD) of each mode is calculated. According to the value of SADs, two MBs with smallest SAD and second smallest SAD are weighted overlapping adaptively to conceal the lost MB. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional algorithm, this algorithm has better performance of concealment in both objective and subjective evaluations. |
