精神分裂症患者血清中犬尿氨酸及犬尿喹啉酸的测定

摘 要: | 目的:探讨血清中犬尿氨酸(kynurenine,KYN)及犬尿喹啉酸(kynurenic acid,KYNA)的含量在精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SCH)患者与正常对照组人群之间的差异性,同时探讨血清中KYN及KYNA的含量在SCH患者各临床分型之间的差异性。方法:采用高效液相色谱—荧光检测法(high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence,HPLC-FLD)检测SCH患者与正常对照组人群血清中KYN与KYNA的含量并计算KYN/KYNA比值。结果:血清中KYN含量在SCH患者与正常对照组之间的差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清中KYNA含量在SCH患者与正常对照组的差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05),SCH患者血清中KYNA的含量稍低于正常对照组;SCH患者的KYN/KYNA比值稍高于正常对照组;偏执型SCH患者血清中的KYN含量稍低于青春型;偏执型SCH患者血清中的KYNA含量稍高于单纯型和青春型;青春型KYN/KYNA比值稍高于偏执型和未分型。结论:采用HPLC-FLD检测SCH患者血清中的KYN,KYNA含量简便、快速、灵敏、特异,可为精神分裂症的临床诊断和药物治疗提供实验依据。 |

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the concentration differences of serum kynurenine (KYN) and kynurenic acid (KYNA) between schizophrenia and healthy controls. To observe the changes of serum KYN and KYNA among clinic types of schizophrenia (SCH). Methods: The serum KYN and KYNA levels in schizophrenia and healthy controls were measured by high performance liquid chromatography- fluorescence (HPLC-FLD) and the content ratio of KYN to KYNA were calculated. Results: The serum KYN levels had not significant difference (P>0.05) between these two groups; in schizophrenia the serum KYNA was significantly (P<0.05) decreased, while the content ratio of KYN to KYNA was higher than that of the controls; in paranoid SCH the serum KYN was lower than that in hebephrenic SCH; in paranoid SCH the serum KYNA was higher than that in simple and hebephrenic SCH; and in hebephrenic SCH the content ratio of KYN to KYNA was higher than that in paranoid and undifferentiated SCH. Conclusion: The serum kynurenine levels in schizophrenia determined by HPLC-FLD is of high accuracy, ease of operation, satisfactory recoveries and good reproducibility, and can be used for clinic diagnosis and therapy of schizophrenia. |
