结构方程模型在居民生活满意度中的应用

| 摘 要： | 目的：通过结构方程模型（structural equation model，SEM）在居民生活满意度中的应用，有针对性地提出提高居民生活满意度的政策和建议。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷，对南京市江宁区850名居民进行问卷调查。结果：影响居民生活满意度的5个潜变量及其标准化路径系数分别为一般情况（0.053）、卫生服务（0.186）、自然环境（-0.009）、社会环境（0.442）和社会保障（-0.005）。结论：线性结构方程模型在居民满意度中的应用尚有许多不完善的地方，需在今后的研究中逐步完善。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: Using the structure equation model (SEM) to propose the suggestions and polices for improving the residents� life satisfaction. Methods: A satisfaction questionnaire was conducted among 850 residents of Jiangning district, Nanjing city. Results: Using the route analysis, the paper determined five secret variables and their affective intensity degree, which were general conditions (0.053), health services (0.186), natural entironment (-0.009), social environment (0.442), and social security (-0.005). Conclusion: There are several limitations and problems about application of SEM to study residents� life satisfaction, and it needs gradual improvement in the future research. |
