医务人员幸福感心理结构研究

| 摘 要： | 目的：分析医务人员心理结构。方法：抽取江西省390名医务工作者作为研究对象，采用《综合幸福感问卷》（multiple happiness questionnaire，MHQ，2003）进行调查。结果：MHQ应用于医务人员时具有良好的信度，因素分析得出生活满意、正性情感、负性情感、健康关注、生命活力、自我价值、人格成长、友好关系、利他行为9个维度，验证性因素分析证实2个模块［主观幸福感（subjective well-being，SWB）和心理幸福感（psychological well-being，PWB）］9个维度结构拟合良好。结论：将SWB与PWB整合起来才能更好、更全面地理解幸福感，这是未来幸福感研究的一个主要趋势。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To analyze the psychological structure of medical staff. Methods: A total of 390 medical workers in Jiangxi province were tested as research objects by adopting multiple happiness questionnaire (MHQ)，2003. Results: When the MHQ was applied to medical staff, it had good reliability, factor analysis educed 9 dimensionality: life satisfaction (LS), positive affect (PA), negative affect (NA), subjective vitality (SV), health concern (HC), altruism commitment (AC) self-worth (SW), positive relation (PR), and person growth (PG). Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that the two modules ［subjective well-being （SWB） and psychological well-being (PWB)］ and nine dimensions structure had good fit. Conclusion: Better integration of the SWB and PWB can give a more comprehensive understanding of happiness, and this is the future main trend for the study of well-being. |
