南京市居民对社区卫生服务需求及影响因素调查

| 摘 要： | 目的：了解居民对社区卫生服务（community health sewice,CHS）的需求情况，并分析其影响因素。方法：随机抽样,对南京市8个城区居民进行问卷调查，并运用描述性统计方法、对应分析、Logistic回归分析、相关分析的方法分析所得数据。结果：居民对社区卫生服务了解率为66.8%，愿意就诊率为53.2%. 结论：居民受教育程度和收入水平、医疗保险替代率与社区卫生服务的需求存在负相关关系，就诊距离近和医疗费用低也是居民选择社区卫生服务的重要原因。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To find out residents� demand on community health service (CHS) and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: Making questionnaire survey on residents from 8 districts with the method of random sampling, and using descriptive statistical method, correspondence analysis, Logistic regression analysis, and correlation analysis to study the data. Results: The residents� knowing rate and willing rate of CHS were respectively 66.8% and 53.2%. Conclusion: There are negative correlations between education level, income level, the replacement rate of medical insurance and the demand of CHS. What�s more, shorter distance and lower cost are also leading causes. |
