沉积物中酸可挥发性硫化物及同步可提取金属的测定

摘 要: | 描述一套改进了的测定酸可挥发性硫化物(acid-volatile sulfide,AVS)和同步可提取金属(synchronization extractable metal,SEM)的实验装置和分析程序。确定了AVS及SEM测定的最适反应时间,且在此条件下AVS的测定回收率可达92.5% .并探讨了沉积物用量对AVS测定结果的影响。结果显示:该方法不仅操作简单、效率高、速度快,而且大大减小了实验空间,适用于大批量沉积物样品的分析。 |

Abstract: | This paper developed experiment equipment and analysis program for analyzing acid-volatile sulfide (AVS) and synchronization extractable metal (SEM). The optimal reaction time of AVS and SEM was established, and in this condition, the recovery of AVS was 92.5%. Also the effect of sediment weight for the AVS test result was discussed. The results show that this method has advantages of easy operation, high efficiency, high speed and greatly reduced experimental space, so it is suitable for mass sediment sample analysis. |
