单折矩形膜的拉皱计算

摘 要: 通过修正2个皱折参数建立薄膜皱折模型,然后采用直接扰动力模拟技术进行单折矩形膜的拉皱计算。计算结果与纯平面薄膜拉皱计算结果比较表明:皱折会改变薄膜中载荷的传递路径并进一步影响褶皱变形。皱折相当于提高了折痕方向的薄膜弯曲刚度并对褶皱的扩展产生直接的抑制作用。研究结果对薄膜结构的受力分析及褶皱控制具有重要的参考价值。

Title: Wrinkling computation of rectangular membrane with a single crease under edge tension

Abstract: This paper firstly establishes the crease model by modifying two crease parameters. The wrinkling of the rectangular membrane with a single crease under edge tension is then analyzed by using the direct perturbing force technique. Compared with a pristine membrane case under tension case, the results reveal that the crease will alter the loading transfer path in the membrane and it will further change the wrinkling deformation. The crease amounts to improve the bending stiffness in the crease line direction and has direct restricted functions on the wrinkling evolution. The results are the important references to the analysis of the membrane structures and the wrinkling control.
