干摩擦刹车系统的自激振动和Lyapunov指数计算

摘 要: 将非光滑动力系统Lyapunov指数的数值计算方法应用于一类刹车系统模型。结合数值仿真,分析随着摩擦盘速度减小,切向静平衡状态失稳后出现的干摩擦自激振动现象。结果显示:所得到的Lyapunov指数与分岔图完全对应,在自激振动中存在混沌运动。随着摩擦副之间静摩擦系数的增大,系统的最大Lyapunov指数减小,并且在增大到一定程度后,由正变为负。计算还表明:随着刹车压力的增大,摩擦盘速度降低,摩擦块在法向上的振动很快就达到了平衡点,而在切向上的振动逐渐减小。

Title: The self excited vibration analysis of a disc brake system and calculation of Lyapunov exponents

Abstract: The calculation method of Lyapunov exponents of non�smooth systems is applied to an automotive disc brake system. Combining with numerical simulations, the dry friction induced self�excited motion, following the instability of the tangential equilibrium as the decrease of disc velocity, is analyzed. The chaotic motion existing in the self�excited motions is revealed by both the bifurcation diagram and the Lyapunov exponents. Results also show that the maximum Lyapunov exponent is decreased as increase of the static friction coefficient between the brake parts. As the increase of normal pressure force, the speed of the rotating disk is decreased. In the same time, the vibration of the brake pad in normal direction is quickly damped. Differently the vibration in tangential direction decreases gradually.
