酶催化拆分及合成重要手性中间体扁桃酸的研究进展

摘 要: 酶催化反应具有反应条件温和、选择性强、副反应少、产率高、产品光学纯度高及无污染等优点,利用酶催化反应制备手性中间体扁桃酸已成为国际上研究的新热点。结合国内外研究,对用生物催化剂酶进行拆分及合成手性中间体扁桃酸的研究现状和发展趋势进行了论述。

Abstract: Enzymes are remarkable catalysts with wide substrate specificities, high stereoselectivity, high regioselectivity, mild reaction conditions and low pollution. Recent research has focused on exploring enzyme-catalyzed reaction to produce chiral intermediate mandelic acids. The study on the recent advances and future development of resolution and synthesis of chiral intermediate mandelic acid by enzyme has been discussed here.
