转录因子ISL1在细胞增殖中的作用

| 摘 要： | 胰岛增强子结合蛋白1（insulin gene enhancer binding protein-1, ISL1）属于LIM同源框基因家族，在许多组织和器官的发育过程中及出生后都发挥着促进细胞增殖的作用。ISL1对心脏前体细胞的增殖、迁移和存活必不可少；ISL1对胰岛的发育及出生后的胰岛内分泌细胞增殖和存活发挥着重要的作用；ISL1对运动神经元的特化具有不可替代的功能，并能够促进小鼠运动神经损伤的修复和增殖。ISL1的过表达可能和肿瘤相关，有可能成为一个肿瘤分子标记物用于某些肿瘤的临床诊断。 |

| Abstract： | ISL1 is a LIM-homeodomain transcription factor. Studies show that ISL1 plays important roles for cell proliferation. ISL1 is required for proliferation, migration and survival of cardiac progenitor cells. It also has important roles on pancreatic islets development, the proliferation and survival of the endocrine cells in pancreatic islets. ISL1 is indispensable for motor neural specialization. It promotes the proliferation and the repair of injured motor neurons. The overexpression of ISL1 may correlate with tumors’s development and may serve as a molecular marker for clinical diagnosis of some tumors. This review focuses on the research advances of ISL1 on cell proliferation during recent years. |
