石竹三子叶变异株研究初报

| 摘 要： | 在常夏石竹（Dianthus plumarius）的种子萌发实验中意外地发现了一株三子叶突变株。把这棵三子叶植株进行移栽和分株繁殖，并对其表型进行研究。实验结果表明：该突变株及其分株在株型、叶形、表皮蜡质的分布以及气孔的分布上均与正常的二子叶植株有明显差别。 |

| Abstract： | A mutant with three cotyledons was occasionally observed during the study on Dianthus plumarius seeds germination. This mutant was transplanted and propagated by vegetative fashion. A comparative study on morphology of this mutant and wild type plants indicated that there were significant differences in stem type, leafy shape, cuticular waxy distribution and stomatic distribution of the mutant compared with that of wild type plants. |
