经验元素分析技术在治疗大学生情绪障碍中的应用

摘 要: 目的:探讨经验元素分析技术对大学生情绪障碍的治疗作用。方法:严格按照经验元素分析技术的程序对40例有情绪障碍的大学生进行治疗,并采用情绪健康自测量表(self-rated health emotional scales,SHES)和状态-特质焦虑问卷(state-trait anxiety inventory,STAI)进行前测与后测。结果:2种量表的得分显示治疗前后有显著性差异。结论:经验元素分析技术对大学生情绪障碍有明显的改善作用,可以提高正性情绪,降低负性情绪及焦虑水平。

Title: The application of experience element analysis techniques in the treatment for students’ emotional disorders

Abstract: Objective: To explore the role of experience element analysis techniques in the treatment of students’ emotional disorders. Methods: Applied the experience element analysis techniques to treat 40 cases of university students with emotional disorders in strict accordance with the procedures, and conducted pre-test and post-test with the self-rated health emotional scales (SHES) and the state-trait anxiety inventory (STAI). Results: The results showed that the two scale scores were significantly different before and after treatment. Conclusion: The experience element analysis techniques have significant improvements to the students’ emotional disorders, and increase their positive emotion, reduce their negative emotion and anxiety level.
