振动刺激对废用性肌萎缩大鼠肌纤维形态结构的影响

摘 要: 目的:探讨振动刺激对大鼠废用性比目鱼肌萎缩的影响作用。方法:将40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(A)、振动组(B)、悬吊组(C)、自然恢复组(D)等4组。悬吊14 d后,取C组大鼠比目鱼肌称其湿重,振动刺激训练4周后取其余3组大鼠比目鱼肌称其湿重,比较4组湿重体重比。并对大鼠比目鱼肌Ⅰ/Ⅱ型肌纤维比例、平均横截面积(cross sectional area, CSA)进行定量分析。结果:与A组相比,C组湿重体重比明显减小,Ⅰ型纤维比例减少而Ⅱ型纤维比例增加(P<0.05)。B,D组湿重体重比、Ⅰ型平均横截面积高于C组,B组Ⅰ型肌纤维的比例高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:振动刺激能有效地对抗悬吊引起的大鼠比目鱼肌废用性萎缩。

Title: Effects of vibration stimulation on muscle fiber’s morphology and structure of rats with skeletal muscle disuse atrophy

Abstract: Objective: To study counteracting effects of vibration stimulation (VS) on skeletal muscle disuse atrophy (SMDA) in rats soleus muscles. Methods: 40 female SD rats were assigned randomly to one of the four groups: simultaneous control (A), suspension plus vibration stimulation (B), suspension (C), and suspension control (D). Soleus muscles were examined 14 days later. Sections were treated with mATPase stain. The cross sectional area (CSA) of fibers, the relative proportion of types I and II were measured using Leica image analysis system. Results: Compared with those of group A, the wet weight/body of soleus in group C were significantly reduced, while the relative proportion of type I fibers was reduced and type II fibers increased. Compared with group C, the wet weight/body of soleus recovered completely in group B&D, and the CSA of type I fibers recovered partly in group B. The relative proportion of type I fibers recovered in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion: The present study showed that VS is effective in counteracting the disuse muscular atrophy induced by simulated weightlessness.
