部分晶化Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30块体非晶合金在塑性变形过程中的自由体积演化

摘 要: 将铸态Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30块体非晶合金在715 K等温退火30 min,引入了少量的纳米晶。在0~95%变形量范围内分别对铸态和退火态试样进行室温轧制变形,用X射线衍射(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)、透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)和差示扫描量热仪(differential scanning calorimeter, DSC)考察变形后试样的微观结构和热学性能。结果表明:虽然退火态试样具有低的初始自由体积含量和高的自由体积生成速度,但因为非晶/晶体界面的引入,使得变形过程中自由体积的湮灭速度增大,自由体积随应变而增大的速度较之铸态试样并没有明显的变化。

Title: Free volume evolution of Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 bulk metallic glass with partial crystallization during plastic deformation

Abstract: Traces of nanocrystals were introduced into Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 bulk metallic glass by means of isothermal annealing of the glass at 715 K for 30 min. The as-cast and as-annealed samples were rolled up to 95% in thickness reduction at room temperature. The microstructure and thermal behavior of the samples were examined by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). It is revealed that the introduction of amorphous/crystalline interfaces in the annealed sample enhances the annihilation rate of free volume during plastic deformation, although the generation rate of free volume is relatively high due to small initial free volume content. As a result, the increase rate of free volume during plastic deformation exhibits no obvious difference between the as-cast and as-annealing samples.
